Whitecrow Village FASD Education Programs

Teaching Children With FASD

Our primary objective at Whitecrow Village is to design and implement programs that are aimed specifically at creating and ensuring success for children and adults with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD).  In doing so, we offer a unique understanding and appreciation in support of children who are affected by FASD; as well as in support of their families, and of their schools.  In the 12 years since our initial programs’ conception, we have gained an international reputation as being the leading expert in designing success-engendering environments for persons with FASD.  Our experienced staff includes classroom teachers and education assistants who have first hand knowledge and understanding of both the classroom reality and of what is necessary to assist school staff in teaching children with FASD and how to be successful together.

Our Education initiatives encompass numerous programs that are designed specifically in support of teachers, education assistants, school administrators, students, peers, parents, and community members with personal and/ or professional interests in FASD.
